Clinging to an imposing three-story curved lattice wall, a cascade of boxes are lofted into the air on delicate legs. This textural and sensuous wall creates opportunities of drama and suspense as the user interacts with it actively and passively on every level of the home. Crowning the composition is a rooftop deck overlooking the roof garden, beach, ocean, barrier islands, and horizon beyond.

Geometric concrete volumes emerge from the ground, a powerful, yet stoic move. Voids allow an abundance of light within the open spaces of the home. Views are directed outward through large voids on the back facade, calling attention to the surrounding landscape. A grand gesture of columns along the pool continues the linearity that is found throughout the project; on facades, windows, and structural elements.
