A single-story concrete block sales and model home center for an early 1950’s neighborhood has undergone a Cinderella type transformation. Perched on a bluff at the headwaters of Molasses Creek in Mt. Pleasant, SC, the original 1,500 square foot structure is ringed with mature live oak trees. The renovation program called for a complete updating of the original residence, an additional garage with carport and separate dwelling unit.
