Eventide Farm Lot Cottage

Rural, agrarian design patterns were studied and broadly implemented into the architectural vocabulary of the Farm Lot Cottage. The simple use of materials and limited exterior decoration on these contemporary homes can be easily traced back to the Carolina Lowcountry farmhouse.
Deep, covered porches and large windows speak to a time when outside and inside mingled seamlessly.
While thoroughly modern in all respects on the interiors, the exteriors reflect a simpler lifestyle where relaxation comes from a cool breeze on a summer's eve and streaming content is watching a sunset over the tree line.

Waterman Villas

The Waterman Villas are elevated residences orienting on a marsh extending from the Kiawah River. Core plans at 2,700 square feet of conditioned space were designed. Owners were provided with several optional configurations to adjust living areas if desired. The changes from residence to residence added personalization to the units, enhancing the overall village effect of the streetscape.
